1920s Outfit Weekend

Service Description

This creative weekend is for all the vintage enthusiasts, fans of the 1920s or anyone who likes something a little bit different. Over this three day course you will make a 1920s style cocoon coat, a cloche hat in a choice of three different styles and maybe a reticule bag (if there's time ;-) ) The coat has a wonderful full drape, a shawl collar and is fully lined. You will need to bring 6 metres of fabric to complete the three pieces, and another half a metre if you would like a contrast shawl collar. The shawl collar would look lovely in a chenille or faux fur but no real fur please. We do have linings available to use but if you would like a lining to match or contrast your coat, you will need 4 metres. This long weekend course runs from Friday 23rd until Sunday 25th September, 10.00am - 4.00pm on all days. Tea, coffee and refreshments are also provided, all you need to bring is your lunch. There are only 4 places available.
